Leagues
Chrystie League.
This League was formed with one of the objectives being to give players who do not play in their club’s top events, an opportunity to play in a competitive but friendly league to gain experience.
All the matches are played on a Monday evening beginning on 7th June, two teams of 4 men playing
at the home club.
There are ten matches, all of which are shown on the fixture list.
Dress is greys, no food is provided and no green fees are required.
The match selector for The Chrystie League is Bob Gregory.
Friendship League.
This was founded in 1991 and currently consists of teams from Brockham, Pippbrook, Bookham and Reigate Priory. It is a well natured competition consisting of mixed teams, playing at home and away with the format being either Triples(18 ends) or Rinks (21 ends). The Trophy was given by The Friends Provident Life Office.
The Surrey Advertiser.
This competition consists of a team of four ladies playing ten games against five opponent
teams in our zone. There is one game at each venue, one home & one away, each week for ten weeks. Zone winners will play against each other at a venue decided to declare the winners.
The Mole Valley Cup
This consists of two teams of three ladies playing against another team, one home and one away. The score of both teams is added to decide the winning team who then go on to play the next team therefor the competition is a knockout one.
