Our friendly Bowls club is situated in a unique position down by the River Mole, off Mill Hill Lane (south). The outdoor season runs from April to September, and there are also various social events throughout the year. For 2012, the first Club Night takes place on Thursday 19th April from 6pm onwards, and there is a Club Night every Thursday - you can either join in playing a game or come along to watch, and have a drink. We are also running coaching sessions on Saturday mornings - 28th April, 5th & 12th May (including light refreshments) from 10am to 12.30 for anyone who wishes to give bowls a go. All you need are flat soled shoes. We play matches most Saturdays, Sundays and midweek against other local teams such as Dorking and Redhill and also as far away as Handcross and Billingshurst. Bowls is a fun yet competitive game for all ages, gender and ability, from 7 to 99. Our youngest members are 13.
